We are currently accepting sponsors for this great event. Last year over 850 people participated by biking, running, or walking and we anticipate having many more this year! Sponsors will be included in all of the advertising and social media campaigns, as well as have their logo included on the tshirt. United Way, Thermo Fisher, and Steven’s Heneger came to CETC and provided some great volunteer service. They cleaned our buses, helped organize our shed, and painted picnic tables. We really appreciate all you did! We’d like to give a BIG THANKS to everyone who so selflessly gave of their time.

We’re only a few weeks away from this year’s Bike with Brent! We’re so excited for this event. We anticipate this being our best year yet! The main feature is a bike ride with Brent Carpenter. We just go about a mile and a half around the block. Those who want to bike longer can go around the block again and again (Brent usually does)! And if you don’t bike, you can walk, or even push a stroller or a wheechair. The event will also include a bike giveaway (bike donated by Joyride Bikes), a bike polo game between law enforcement and firefighters, bounce houses for the kids, face painting, pie eating contests, food, games, and more!

The holiday season is fast approaching and we are once again making plans for a very special Christmas celebration for our consumers with developmental disabilities. We hope that you will want to help make this celebration full of warmth and joy through a charitable donation to the Santa Fund at CETC. It is uplifting to know that our community can make extraordinary things happen. This is the 11th year that Janet Flinders aka Mrs. Santa will dedicate countless volunteer hours fund raising, shopping for and wrapping gifts, then checking each wish list twice. Our consumers wait all year long for this very special Christmas party. But this is only possible through generous donations from the community. Please help us this year by sending your donation by Nov. 15th so that shopping can be completed early. This will give us the time needed to make wishes come true. Friday, June 14th Willow Park: 500 West 700 South, Logan Registration and Check-in runs from 9:00-12:00 The Ride begins at Noon
Other activities (9:00-12:00) include: Sheriff’s Dept. Bike Rodeo, Police vs. Firefighters in a Bike Polo game, a Bounce House, Booths, Games, and more!
