Sandy is a native of Peru, but was raised in Melbourne, Australia. Sandy has lived in the U.S. since 1994, but still fluently writes and speaks Spanish. Sandy is married, & has 4 daughters & 1 grandson. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Deakin University, a Master of Science in Special Education with a specialization in Behavior Analysis from USU, and is anticipating completing her Doctoral Degree in Disability Disciplines from USU soon. Sandy is passionate about seeing people reach their goals, & using evidence-based practices to improve outcomes for people with disabilities. Outside of work, she enjoys organizing, watching movies, dancing, traveling, crafting, & playing with her cute puppy, Poppy.

Erin has a great passion and love for working with people with disabilities. She began her career as a CNA, where she worked in the medical field for 10 years. Erin began working at CETC in 2018 as a direct care staff, & was promoted to Coordinator in 2020. In June of 2021, she became the Day Services Director. Erin says that she feels humbled to have the opportunity to help others, & feels grateful to spend her days serving those with disabilities.
When Erin is not working, you can find her spending time with her son and her 13 nieces & nephews. She also loves animals, baking, drawing, reading, watching movies outside, & crafting.

Meghan has both a Bachelor’s & Master’s degree in Social Work from USU. She is also licensed as a Certified Social Worker. Since 2012, Meghan has supported individuals with disabilities to grow by providing effective behavior services here at CETC. Working with people with disabilities has helped her understand that love & acceptance are crucial. She believes in staying true to herself, & never forgetting who she is & where she came from. When she isn’t at work, you can catch her cheering her children in various sporting events. She also loves to cook, play the violin & piano, binge-watch Netflix & Hulu, travel, ski, watch football & hang out with friends. She loves cuddling with her Goldendoodle, Rome and loves to laugh and tease with her husband, Ryan.

Michele has a bachelor’s degree in Human Family Services. Michele’s passion for working with people with disabilities stems from growing up with a brother who had disabilities. Learning to see life from a different perspective & encouraging him to learn and grow daily brought her joy & shaped her into the person she is today. She joined CETC as the Family Services Director in October of 2023 & loves her job! Prior to working at CETC, she spent 20 years working in various positions serving people with disabilities.
In her spare time, Michele loves going on adventures with her husband & 5 children. Michele also loves being active outdoors, thrifting, and photography.

Sarah graduated from Utah State University with a BS in Psychology. After graduating from college she began working at CETC in 2015 and has enjoyed every minute of it. Sarah enjoys helping clients become more integrated in the community and encouraging them to try new things. She believes that if you want to make the world a better place, you have to start with yourself and your community.

When Sarah is not at CETC, she can be found taking long walks with her dog, cooking up a storm of yummy treats, or curled up reading a good book.

SylviAnn has always had a passion for making a difference in the lives of others. With over two decades of experience in various roles working with individuals with disabilities, she has gained comprehensive and well-rounded expertise. SylviAnn says she has loved every experience, & has a deep appreciation for every person she has worked with that led her to where she is now. SylviAnn earned a BS in Family, Consumer and Human Development , with an emphasis in community service. She believes in hard work, staying positive, and is happy to continue helping CETC achieve great things.
When she’s not working, SylviAnn enjoys spending time in nature with her family & friends.

Key Staff

Susie’s bright smile is the first thing you see when you walk through CETC’s doors! She was born in New York, but raised in Big Piney, Wyoming. Susie moved to Logan in ’92 to attend school, where she earned a business degree from BATC & spent 3 years at USU working on an Early Childhood Development degree. Although Susie considers Cache Valley her home, she still considers herself a Wyoming country girl. Susie enjoys working at CETC because it is rewarding to help our clients became more integrated & accepted in the community. Susie is a mother to 3. She also has 6 grandchildren, whom she adores. In her spare time, Susie loves traveling, making tumblers, working with driftwood, gardening, and growing wildflowers.

Ken was born in Fruitland, Idaho. He lived there until age 16, when his family moved to Cache Valley. He served a mission in Australia, where he met his wife Sandy. They have now been married for 29 years, & share 2 daughters, 1 grandson, 3 foster daughters, & their dog, Poppy. Ken has been involved in various part- time positions for CETC off & on for about 29 years. He was also a Sanitarian manager in the food service industry for years before moving fulltime to CETC in 2024. Ken says that his favorite part about working with those who have disabilities is watching them grow & excel with the support they receive. In his free time, Ken loves to watch Yankee Baseball games, & enjoys spending time outdoors fishing or shooting.

Stephanie joined CETC as our multi-talented right arm. Organized, genuine and committed to our clients’ success, she ensures efficient operations and support for each of us. Along with her arsenal of creative talents and interests you may see her out on her motorcycle, conjuring Dutch oven favorites with her family, or even working on her next DIY (Halloween) project.

It is her belief that every soul has a purpose & mission. She originally began working for CETC as a job coach. Jace has built meaningful relationships with both the clients & staff here at CETC & is grateful for the opportunity to continue to grow alongside them.

While a transplant to the area 12 years ago, Logan has become home for Tawnya and her family. Prior to moving back to Utah, they lived in Georgia and Idaho.

Tawnya joined the CETC team in January of 2015. Working in the Administration and Medical field for most of her career, her desire to help others has always been a driving force. Tawnya’s passion is to keep learning and to find ways to help others. In doing so, she is now a certified Foot Zone and Reiki Practitioner. Tawnya’s most favorite saying is, “Believe in yourself first and foremost, the rest will come as it is intended to”.

Reston is a Cache Valley local. He received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History with a minor in Political Science from Utah State University in 2023. He began working at CETC in 2023 as a job coach, where he became well-known for his ability to connect with clients on a personal level. Reston and his wife Jess live in Logan with their cat, Ramses II, and their goldfish, Finneas and Mortimer. He defines himself as a “huge nerd,” spending much of his personal time playing video games or Dungeons and Dragons or reading Sir Terry Pratchett’s Discworld novels. Reston is excited to continue to support clients in their quest for quality employment.

Lance began working at CETC in September of 2010. He said that his favorite thing about working for CETC is that the work changes everyday, he is always doing a different task. Lance enjoys seeing the positive changes that our clients go through as they grow, and he is glad that he is able to make a difference in the lives of our individuals. Lance is married & has 3 children, and enjoys spending time outdoors when he is not at work. Some of his hobbies include: hunting, fishing, camping, & playing Softball. Lance also enjoys riding horses, and uses that skill to compete in western events.

Rochelle started working at CETC in December of 2011. She has worked as a cook for half of her life. She loves cooking, but especially for the clients at CETC. She knows their compliments are genuine which makes her want to work even harder to make the best meals that she can.

She believes honesty and kindness are some of the most important values one must maintain. Her family and her faith are the most important priorities in her life but she also loves fishing and taking care of her animals.

Stacey has lived most of her life in Utah. In 2005 she met and married her husband and moved to Logan where she has lived ever since (minus 1 year). She has always had a love of people with disabilities, often standing up for them in high school. She has a talent for working with computer, finding pleasure in doing tasks that others often find boring. Stacey started working for CETC in 2018 as an administrative assistant and can’t imagine working anywhere else. Stacey loves to explore the world of crafts and DIY, always learning ways to make new things.

Leslie Dean, Bachelor’s degrees in Elementary Education and Early Childhood Education. Leslie began working as a direct care professional at CETC in 2017 after moving to Logan from Centennial Colorado. Leslie worked as a preschool teacher for 7 years and took the move to Utah as an opportunity to move into working with adults with disabilities. Leslie enjoys watching her clients grow and succeed through all aspects of their lives.

When Leslie is not working, you will find her at her 2 boys’ and husbands lacrosse, hockey, and soccer events. Leslie also enjoys making counted cross stitch Christmas stockings, putting together puzzles, and playing Legos with her boys.

Melinda has her Bachelor’s Degree in Family Studies from USU. She spent 12 years working in childcare, 5 of those years at Logan Regional in their childcare center. During her time there she was awarded the Intermountain Live Well Hero Award for her example of living a healthy, and active lifestyle. She has completed a half Ironman and the 2022 Boston Marathon. Melinda loves spending time with her husband and son. They love to camp, fish, and backpack. Melinda has an autistic sister and has spent her life loving and advocating for her. Through their special relationship Melinda has grown a deep sense of compassion and understanding for individuals with disabilities.

Katie started working as a direct support professional in December 2013 and has been hooked on CETC ever since! What makes Katie most qualified for her position is her love to cultivate and encourage others to reach their personal goals. Katie has made it her focus to build rapport with the clients she serves to help better serve them and their specific needs. When not at work you can find Katie spending time with her loud and spunky pug, Bean. They may be watching scary movies, drinking Diet Dr. Pepper, or sharing sushi.

Jacey grew up in Monroe, UT. She earned an Associate’s degree at Snow College Ephraim in 2019, attended one year at SUU, & then moved to Logan to attend USU where she earned a B.S. in General Studies of Human Services (Special Edu. w/o student teaching & the license). While attending school, she spent time working as a substitute for children with disabilities at various school districts. It was during this time that she discovered a deep desire to pursue a career supporting these individuals. Jacey began working at CETC in May of ’22 as a job coach. She moved up to a lead aid position, and was eventually promoted to Coordinator. In her spare time, Jacey enjoys listening to music, sewing, knitting, spending time with family, & playing card games.

CoriAnn began working at CETC in 2018. She was hired on to help in the Idaho room, but eventually transferred to the Employment Skill area. She loves working with the clients and watching them grow as they become more confident in their skills and abilities.

CoriAnn is the proud mother of two handsome boys, Tyson and Treyson. Her mission in life is to be Super Mom!! She loves spending time with them whenever possible, although at times they need a break from each other!! She loves fishing, cheering her boys on at sports, traveling, and just being lazy at home when they are all together. CoriAnn has recently taken up a love for gardening, yard work and tearing up the landscape.

CoriAnn is dedicated to her family, both at home and at CETC. She loves what she does and is thankful to have the opportunity to work with so many amazing people.

Sydney began working at CETC in the summer of 2020 as a direct support professional . She started out working in the summer program, before becoming a float aide and helping out in different areas of CETC. Sydney began working in Jenny’s Place, and quickly fell in love with the clients and the quick pace of the area. Sydney was promoted to Coordinator in 2023. Sydney currently attends USU where she is working on earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice! In her free time, Sydney enjoys being outdoors, dancing, & spending time with her friends and family.

Abbey is originally an Idaho Native. She moved to Logan, UT to study at Utah State University & decided to stay in the valley. Abey began working at CETC about 16 years ago as an aide. She originally began working at the Cache Support Center (CSC) when it was on Main Street. Eventually, CSC moved to CETC’s main location, and Abbey came along. She was promoted to a lead aide position, and then to coordinator. Abbey is grateful to continue working with many of the same clients that she originally started with. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time outdoors hiking and fishing, and spending time with her cats & dogs.
